Ingredients
- 250g sweet potatoes
- Drizzle of olive oil
Methods
- Heat the oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.
- Peel and scrub a small sweet potato and cut it into wedges.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the wedges.
- Roast them on a foil-lined grill tray for 35 mins.
- Allow to cool and serve.
