Carrot purée
Ingredients
- 1 medium carrot
- 30ml of your baby’s usual milk or cooled, boiled water
Methods
- Peel the carrot and cut into 1/2cm thick slices.
- Steam for 8-10 minutes until soft.
- Cool slightly and add 2 tablespoons of milk or water.
- Blend with a food processor or hand blender until completely smooth, adding more liquid if necessary.
